Little Bears Art Den brings fun art classes and creative events to kids in Aspen, sparking imagination and a love for art.
We host classes in our private Aspen art studio or plan on-site events in the comfort of your home, tailored to your child’s age, interests, and creative needs.
At Little Bears Art Den, we specialize in private group art classes and creative events for kids — not drop-in sessions. While we’ve received many requests for after-school drop-in classes, we don’t currently have the capacity to offer those. Instead, we focus on creating personalized, memorable experiences through private bookings, either in our Aspen studio or in the comfort of your home.
Our classes are designed to be as unique as the kids we teach, with options tailored to different age groups and interests — from curious toddlers discovering color and texture to older kids developing their artistic style. Whether it’s painting, crafting, or imaginative play, we provide hands-on, engaging projects that inspire creativity and confidence.
We also love bringing art into life’s celebrations. From birthdays to special milestones, we work with families to design custom events, complete with themed activities and one-of-a-kind projects that bring a child’s imagination to life. With years of teaching experience and a bilingual (Spanish/English) instructor, we create a welcoming and inclusive environment for every family we work with.

As local artists who have called Aspen home for over a decade, we created Little Bears Art Den to fill a much-needed void in the community for kids seeking creative art events and classes. With a deep passion for the arts and years of study and teaching experience, we understand the importance of nurturing imagination and self-expression in children.
